What is Adsum?
Adsum is the online home of Micah Monserrat—that's me—a former Visual Designer and Branding Specialist turned Creative Generalist and Movement Therapy Practitioner. I offer a broad range of creative services, informed by two decades of experience in various capacities across a multitude of industries. Most recently, I have shifted my focus toward health and wellness which now serves as the lens through which I operate. I firmly believe it's not what you do, it's how you do it.
